Admission Procedure for B.Sc., Nursing

Eligibility:

1.  A pass in HSC (10+2) / PDC with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botony/Zoology and English with a minimum aggregate of 45% or its equivalent thereto.

2.  Unmarried or married female candidates are eligible with the age of 17 to 35 years.

Deposit of Certificates:

Verification of original certificate will be made at the time of admission and the candidate will have to deposit all required original certificates with the college office.  Therefore candidates are advised to keep with them enough number of photo copies of their original certificates.

Checklist:

Please ensure whether the photo-copies of the original Certificates  have been enclosed with the application form duly filled in:

1.  Mark sheet(s) of the qualifying examination (HSC/CBSE/ISE)
2.  Birth certificate for age proof (If date of birth is not given in the HSC Mark sheet)
3.  Transfer Certificate
4.  Conduct certificate issued by the head of the institution last studied.
5.  If appeared for HSC exam (+2) exam, photo copy of hall ticket or certificate from head of the school as specified.
6.  Also ensure whether:

   a.  Your photograph has been pasted on the front page of the application form.
   b.  A self addressed envelop with Rs 30 postal stamp affixed should be enclosed for sending the call letter.

Last Date: 

Application forms duly filled in and with above enclosures may be submitted in person or sent by registered post, Speed post of courier service to reach the college on or before 31st August of the academic year.


Admission Procedure for Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery:

Eligibility:

1.  A pass in HSC (10+2) / PDC with science or any other subjects with a minimum aggregate of 40% or its equivalent thereto.

2.  Unmarried or married female candidates are eligible with the age of 17 to 35 years.

Deposit of Certificates:

Verification of original certificate will be made at the time of admission and the candidate will have to deposit all required original certificates with the college office.  Therefore candidates are advised to keep with them enough number of photo copies of their original certificates.
